Biography

• Born in  Santurce, PR. 
• Baccalaureate in Sciences in the Rio Piedras Campus of the University of Puerto 
• Rico.  Graduated Cum Laude.
• Studied Medicine in the Medical Sciences Campus of the University of Puerto Rico.
• "Board Certified" in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Rheumatology and Certificate in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound in Rheumatology.
• Maintains special interest in Osteoporosis, using DXA technology since 1990. 
• He has private practice in the city of Carolina. PR since 1979.
• President of the PR Rheumatologists Association in 2004 and its treasurer from 2005 to 2009.
• Founding member of Fundación FER.
